PointRN’s organizational consulting and private patient-advocacy services are separate. When retained by an individual or family, PointRN works for that client – not the hospital, insurer, or healthcare organization. Potential
conflicts are identified before an engagement is accepted.
PointRN provides nonclinical consulting and education. We do not diagnose, prescribe, provide medical treatment, make insurance coverage determinations, or guarantee clinical or financial outcomes.
