Then we tell you honestly whether we can help. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us — that the thing worrying you is routine, or that one phone call to your own doctor will settle it. We would rather say so than take your money.

If we can help, we explain exactly how: which service fits, what it involves, what it costs and what happens first. You leave the call knowing your options, whether or not you go any further with us.

Most people start with appointment preparation if an appointment is coming up, or a diagnosis and care plan review if you have been told something you do not fully understand. If the pressure is at home rather than in the clinic, staying safely at home is usually the place to begin.
