What exactly is PointRN?

PointRN helps patients and families understand and navigate their healthcare. We provide guidance before, during, and after medical visits so you can ask the right questions, understand your care, and make informed decisions

No. PointRN does not replace your physician or medical provider. We provide education, guidance, and support to help you better understand your care and communicate more effectively with your providers.
No. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We help you understand what you’ve been told and guide you on what to ask and what to do next.
Doctors are often limited on time. PointRN provides time, explanation, clarity, and preparation so you can make the most of your medical visits and understand what happens afterward.

Yes. Our goal is to help you remain safely in your home for as long as possible. We work with you and your family to identify challenges, develop practical solutions, coordinate resources, and provide ongoing guidance so you can maintain your independence while reducing the risk of hospitalizations and preventable complications.

Yes. We offer one-time sessions, packages, and monthly memberships so you can choose the level of support that fits your needs.

We offer live appointment support virtually.

No. PointRN is a private-pay service. However, we do contract with some physician offices, and if you are referred through one of those practices, your services may be covered under your Medicare benefits. Contact us to learn more.

All services are paid at the time of booking. Memberships are billed monthly.
